Hereinafter EN Partner Sweden AB is referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”.

This Agreement becomes effective on the date of your signature and governs your enrollment in The Sashatattooing Academy (“Program”).
1.Program and Payment
The total Program fee is Five Thousand US Dollars ($5,000), payable in full prior to receiving access, unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed in writing.
Upon payment, you receive access to the Program for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of activation.
All payments are non-cancellable and non-transferable once access has been granted, subject to the cancellation right in Section 2 below.
2.Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed the Program content. Accessing the Program constitutes a waiver of your right to cancel under applicable digital content laws.
3.Program Content and Access
The Program consists of recorded and/or live video lessons covering tattooing technique, equipment, hygiene and safety, digital sketching, client communication, social media and marketing, pricing, and business development for tattoo artists.
Access is granted for personal, non-commercial educational use only. Renewal after the 12-month period is not automatic.
We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify the Program content at any time to maintain its quality and relevance.
4.Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All Program materials, including videos, modules, sketches, templates, scripts, and other content, are the proprietary property of the Program and/or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own learning.
- You may not record, copy, reproduce, share, distribute, sell, or disclose any Program material to any third party who has not purchased access.
- You may not share your login credentials with any other person.
- You may not disclose confidential information learned through the Program, including business strategies, pricing methods, or internal processes, to competitors or the public.
- This confidentiality obligation survives the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Any violation of this Section will result in immediate termination of access, without refund, and may result in legal action.
5.Disclaimer of Results
Your enrollment is voluntary. The Program is educational and advisory in nature. We make no representations or warranties regarding specific results, income, or skill level achieved, as these depend on your own effort, practice, and circumstances.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet any local legal requirements (licensing, health and hygiene regulations, age restrictions, etc.) before practicing tattooing on yourself or others.
6.Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program, its owners, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program or your tattooing practice, including any harm arising from tattoos performed by you on yourself or third parties. Any liability that may arise shall not exceed the total fee paid by you under this Agreement.
7.Data Collection
We may collect and analyze data relating to your use of the Program to improve and develop our services. Such data may be used in aggregate or de-identified form, in accordance with our privacy policy.
8.Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), conducted in English.
9.Other Terms
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Program and supersedes any prior discussions or representations. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
